Included is a paragraph on the Nike+ipod system that attaches to your shoe and helps you set up your exercise program. It also has a lot of other uses for technology.
This site is developed by a very enthusiastic mother and teacher. It has a lot of great uses for iPods in the classroom. It also has a running dialog of teachers who have a lot of great suggestions.
This site has 80 exercises that you can download for free. You put them on your iPod and then can use them to workout with. Pretty cool. There is no voice over on the download. I like to not only see, but to hear. They are going to work on this.
